I've wanted the TE37's in bronze for years. Finally when I'm able to afford them, they are no longer being manufactured at 17" which is the size I want. There is still hope, though, as the TE37SL can still be manufactured at 17 but only in their standard pressed graphite and pressed black options which are pretty boring to say the least (and way overdone), otherwise a group buy is required to get them done in another finish.

I'd like to see if others are interested in joining me in a group buy for the following:
VOLK TE37SL 17x9.5 +15mm in HYPER BRONZE (pics below). I'd also do 17x9 +22mm if that is a better suited size and offset.

I'm in contact with Mark over at Ravspec who encouraged me to first try getting this out there on the forum.

This is a chance to do something a little different and get a brand new, custom wheel from Japan. Feel free to vote on other color options, but personally I think the Hyper Bronze is awesome.

If you know of anyone interested who might not even drive an EVO, direct them to this thread and we can get something set up!

Buy them in a color offered and have them Powder coated any color you like.

Powder coating they can replicate the exact finish of Rays' hyper bronze?

EDIT: did some searching, it's apparently hard enough to replicate the TE37 classic bronze (as they are anodized to begin with), and I'd imagine the hyper bronze is even more difficult.

Could having them powder coated potentially damage the wheels? I'm worried about reheating them...

I dont think I'd want to buy expensive wheels like this only to then powder coat them

These are anodized finish, very hard to replica.

I'll allow any one that participate on the GB to choose the sticker style
OG style "RAYS Engineering" + "VOLK Racing" in blue or black OR

you might truthfully have better luck asking for 18's than i would with 17's tho. unfortunately for me, i can't go 18...too big

Here it is in Hyper Bronze as well. Very hard to capture the color in picture, but is absolutely amazing in person.
