It is an evo style from seibon but it doesn't include the grill. It fits perfect.

Cool I'm actually very interested in doing this to my own 02 I really don't have a preference as far as cf or not as long as it looks good, now that you said that your hood didn't bring the grill you used your own stock one and just attached like normal no? And if you did you think I could buy an evo 7 hood(love the way it looks) that also doesn't come with grill and just slap it on with stock grill for now? Then get rrm grill?

Yes I used the stock but some bolts didn't lined up with the holes in the hood. and Yes I think you can do that just make sure you get one for the 02-03 lancer.

and is relocating the AC controls simple? it seems like they would be hard to relocate since all the gears need to match up

Thanks, it does scrape on speed bumps but with passengers in the back.

Relocating the AC is really simple, there is a thread here on how to do it but I lost the bookmark.

I just got the radio kit, part # MR626799 it comes with no hardware. Yes I did cut the knob area, it took me a lot of time to get it done even though it does fit quite well but that does it for now. I'm thinking of making a metal plate so it looks cleaner.
