OK I finnaly got around to doin my headlights,I practiced on my old set,and today did my new ones..heres how I did it
1. preheat oven to 380 degrees. with pan of water in bottom..take all the bulbs out of the light..
2.take pan with water out,and put headlights on cookie sheet with layer of paper covering the surface of the cookie sheet.(so no plastic from the headlight is touching the sheet.) also make sure you dont touch the light against any part of the stove!!!
3. turn off oven, and slide in cookie sheet with headlight on it..
4. let cook for 3 and a half minutes.
5.remove cookie sheet and take headlight off,use flat head screw driver to pry the cover off the headlight,(be careful not to be to rough with it,It will bend the plastic parts easily.)
6.pre heat oven again,and repeat steps 4 and 5.
7.once the covers off remove the 2 screws in the bottom of the headlight ,pull the two pieces apart, and pry amber part off..screw the cover back on.
8.no you can either get the 2 pieces hot in the oven again and use Big plyers to squeeze them back together..or you can remove most of the silicone, and replace it with new silicone.(make sure if you add your own silicone you buy the gray kind from home depot, and also dont get it anywere you will be able to see through when the headlights on the car..(ie. the edge that meets the fender.)
here are some pics:

I am part of Toronto Accord Club and they offer the headlight clearing / painting service, but you need to send your lights here to do it..

the instructions importstylz gave is good, except that the pan of water needs to be bigger and I won't remove it from the oven, the moisture helps the silicon to seperate and also keeps the tempeature constant inside the oven

importstylz, did you just take out the vertical amber reflector off to the side? i thought you watned to take out the round turn signal one

I might try this, I like the way the headlights look without the vertical yellow strip. Here's my question though, I had to get a headlight replaced because of condensation and the dealer said they had to have it for the whole day because removing the headlight requires taking the bumper off. Is this true or where they just BS'ing me?

Are there any walkthroughs to remove the bumper?

Great work by the way importstylz07, can you post a pic of it on your car?
