honda s2000 and honda element antenna's work perfect. it's been discussed and settled before. the s2000 is actually cheaper. its apparently 7 inches long. the stocker is something rediculous like 14. the perrin shorty is REAL small, i think 4 inches.

I got my shorty antenna off of ebay for 7 bucks, plus 5 shipping
It works great, alls you do is screw off the old one and screw on the new one, its probably the easiest mod you will ever do.

element's antenna is a lil' more expensive by around 10 bucks than the s2000. it fits the evo but a lil' long so i had to cut the screw part a lil' bit so it will be flashed. the s2 is the same size so you will have to cut it to if you want it flashed. the dealer didn't have the s2 ant in stock thats why i got the element's. looks better than stock! imo.

:
I "borrowed" an elements. I gave him my stocker for the meantime until i see him again . I'll probably just laugh instead of giving it back because my reception is better now than stock. I'm in Dallas, though, so we probably have strong signals around here.

I modded my stock antenna as well. Very easy!
1. Cut the antenna off at the top of the thicker plastic part.
2. Use just the slightest bit of black silicone to give it a rounded finish.
3. Screw it back on and there you. You got a shorty antenna that looks good and works well with stronger signal stations.
But whatever, between cd's and ipod adapter i never listen to the radio anyways
