Motor mounts dimensions

I did a search about DIY motor mounts filling but didn't find dimensions anywhere. Is anybody have the dimensions of inside bushing and sleeve of front and rear motor mount?? Cause i'm planning to machining some in polyurethane instead of filling it. Thanks

I posted in the other thread, the ID of the outermost loop of the front roll stopper is 3.205", and the center tube is 0.865". Those are measured with a caliper, so you may want to take a few thousandths off the one and add a few to the other for clearance. Even if you machine it loose enough to slide the parts in by hand, it'll be a great improvement over the stock rubber.

The rear roll stopper ID was the same, I think, but the center tube was just different enough that they weren't quite interchangeable with tight tolerances.

EDIT: just pulled one out of the drawer it was in and measured. ID of the outer loop is the same at 3.205", and the center tube is slightly larger at 0.890".

EDIT again: Polyurethane machines best when nearly frozen. When it warms up it starts to want to stick to the tools and deform under any pressure. If you're machining your piece on a lathe, throw it in the freezer overnight first, and keep it cold until you're ready to work it. My first one turned out great, but the second one was off-spec because it deformed as it warmed up.
