Just to let you know, those are NOT JDM seats. They're basically the racing seats that you can get at any Pepboys/Autozone with the Ralliart logos stitched in.

They do look cool, but I'm just giving you an FYI...

no i didn't. My friend just ordered a set of SRT-4 wheels and tires from e-bay for his neon... The seller claimed they were brand new, no scuffs or scratches and they had new rubber on them.. He got them.. Only 2 of them had rubber, and it looked like they had about 100 miles of burnouts on them. All 4 wheels are scuffed like they were slid across a concrete floor pretty-side down..

To sum it up, I fear e-bay, i don't care much for the shinanigans. and i fear change.

Not that I'm trying to argue or anything but what would make you say that? Just because of the price??

$178 for the seats isnt bad...but $150 for shipping??? Holy crap! No way does it cost that much to ship 2 seats unless it's FedEx next day air or something...whew! They do look sweet though.

Shipping is only that much b/c it has to be listed as a OVERSIZE item. So its not that they're charging you that much b/c of weight...its b/c they can't fit as much in the truck/plan because of it.

If you look at the name brand racing seats, they all meet the safety regulations set upon them. Most of the seats here on ebay, do not mention this, or do not have them. My boyfriend was looking for a set for a 280zxt that he and his father were refinishing, and they looked on ebay for awhile at those kind of seats and found that most of them were not good in quality and make.
Although Im sure they may be fine for someone who doesnt race their car, I remember them saying that they did not think they would be safe in case of an accident.
No argument here..just personal opinion.
I would rather pay more for the real deal.(thats why I dont have alot of mods, as with many of us, not too much extra $$.. )

But I do agree that they look cool and if you were making a show car those would be pretty neat..
