You guys have to realize, that over there a Lancer is considered a midsize, or maybe even a big car to some. That "New" Galant they show on the home page is probably huge to the little 800cc micro cars that market is probably used too. So therefore they are going to have to market it to attract upscale buyers as well as the low end. I don't think the American market would tolerate a premium small car with all of those buttons, I'd imagine it be in the high teens to mid 20's. Ralliarts are high because of performance yeah, but not because of what looks like navigation, luxury seats, sportronic, high end sound system.. Neat looking car though.

I donno why they make all North American versions bad interiors, even North American manufactures. My mom drives a Buick Kaiyue(named chevy OPTRA in our shore) back at home in China, the interior design is way better than what's here. Why North Americans just do get poor interior quality

The Taiwanese lancers are independent from all of Mitsu. They operate like the Malayasian gov't owned auto company Proton. Those two companies have contracts w/ Mitsu to supply parts for their needs. Mitsu = supplier.

Also, some of their model w/ certain features don't sell in other parts of the world, including the US.

CMC = China Motor Co.

Parent company.

Virage IO has the only 4g93 DOHC facing our way in the entire world.

Click on the bottom 5th and 6th buttons . . . you can see the engine and its specs.

Proton . . . look up showroom -> Satria GTi -> performance or specs

Nope, I like mine just the way it is. Those interiors are just to prissy and proper for me. If I wanted that, I would have bought a buick.

Gad...I hate that flash presentation! I wonder why they decided to make the door handles chrome? I like the painted ones on our RA's.
