Door speakers and moisture
I took my door panels off the other day to replace the speakers and noticed a lot of moisture inside. It had rained the past few days and I'm worried about water ruining the speakers. I havent put the new speakers in yet since I found out I need some spacer rings now! I read a while back there was a place that sold the spacer rings, anybody remember it? Thanks!
On a side note, while I had the panel off, I tore out the fabric insert and replaced it with some black crushed velvet, looks sweet. Will post pics tomorrow when I can take one.
Edit: Here's the pic. I used contact cement on the panel itself and 3M high strength spray adhesive on the fabric. Sticks better than just using spray. The velvet was really stretchy so it was easy to stick on the tight bends near the front of the door.

I'd love to see the pics of the fabric. I was just looking at my door handles last night thinking of how hard it would be to replace the fabric. I get that done and change out the front and back seats I almost be content with my interior.

fifty1fiftyFreddie, where did you get those seats? Are they leather/suede? Look nice!
They're two-tone leather. Grey in the middle and black trim. It's the stock seats, custom reuphulstered by an interior shop nearby. We tried to match the grey w/ the interior pieces (not like the original red?) - graphite grey and the guy tried to mimic some porsche 911 seats he had a picture of.
