I like the idea of the "Appearance Package" it seems like it'll be a popular option, although I dislike the sunroof deflector... it sounds better than that "Rally Package" they soaked me $150 for.

It looks like Mitsu is using the same hood as our current Ralliart, with the crease in the middle. It blends in nicely with the current car, because our grille kinda comes to a point in the middle, but I don't see a crease in the new grill that warrants carrying it over to the hood. Just looks out of place in my opinion. Let's face it though, these cars are still great bang for the buck. Joe.

BTW: I just got back from the dealer... saw the '06 model. Nothing to write home about... very plain looking. The grill is made out of very cheap platic and even the RalliArt emblem looks cheap. I couldn't see the pedals (they were still under wraps), but they definitely don't seem to resemble the rubber pedals I originally had on mine. The new dashboard trim looks much cheaper than the original one with the faux-CF pattern being that small.
However, I must admit that the steering wheel does look better than ours... that logo comes out a bit weird on the pics.
Anyway, my opinion stands... I still think the '04-'05 model year looks much better. The new facia suits the ES much better though. I think the chrome grill gives it a somewhat classy look.

The dealer also said the vortex generator(on the EVO MR) will be an option on the RA and a wind deflector for the sun room comes standard with the sun and sound option.
EDIT: I also heard them talking about a turbo option for the RA, probibly not 2006 but maybe 2007. They said a company in california is working with MMC, wonder who that is.
