Clean trunk lid & Hyper bumper with license plate area - lets show interest
I felt this topic was needed to determine if their would be sufficient demand for the following two wishlist products:
1). Cerious Clean Trunk Lid with no license plate area (Evo 8/9 style)
2). Accolade Hyper rear bumper with license plate area
I for one would put a deposit if required on both of these items should either Cerious or Accolade announce their creation. Quesiton is, who else would be interested because if these items are to be made, we need to show their potential creators that there is demand for them.
I argue that the demand for the true Evo 8 / Evo 9 rear look is extremely high, after all many of us have Lancers because we wish we had Evos.
Look how many people have bought Evo spoilers, hood vents, and vortex generators... The market is big and the customers have the money waiting.
Guess what is one of the nicest features of the Evo 8 rear... It's that clean trunk lid with the lettering across the middle. Why would so many people buy the spoilers etc, and then not bother with the trunk lid?
Can you all please post your intent to buy either or both of these potential products in this topic, so the companies in question can see that there could possiblybe more money to be made in this than in body kits or replacement stock trunk lids.
I think Accolade should make the rear bumper because even if people keep the stock trunk lid, that license plate area can be used for other purposes such as a ralliart license plate logo etc... plus it leaves the door open for them to buy a clean trunk lid in the future.
Thanks for reading, and I hope in the end our demand is met!!
We want this to fit the Ralliart from Accolade:
And a USDM version of this from Cerious:
1). Cerious Clean Trunk Lid with no license plate area (Evo 8/9 style)
2). Accolade Hyper rear bumper with license plate area

Gauging Interest: Evo IX style rear bumper w/ lisence plate holder
OK so heres the deal, the big talk in body kit stuff for the Ralliart body style is that a large amount of people want a clean, Evo/02-03 Lancer style trunk lid. They also want/ would need to relocate the lisence plate to the bumper. Many people love Accolades new Evo IX style rear bumper and Accolade has said that if there is enough interest, they would consider making the bumper with a lisence plate holder.
Accolade quote: "May be if you can create a Intrest we could do it, But this means your a REBAR WILL have to come off ."
So this thread is to get a poll on how many people are interested in this bumper project. But Cerious performance is also being asked to make a clean shaven trunk lid, so this poll will go for them as well just to gauge interest.

For this to work, thery have to come up with a legal, no crash bar removal way to make it fit. Maybe a OEM style bumper with a place for the license plate, or some sort of bracket that could fit to our exiting bumpers?
Still, I'm interested. The trunk is my least favorite part of the Ralliart.
