Front license plate relocation?

Front license plate relocation?
I was considering to move my front license plate relocated to the left of the car. Question is, there were holes drilled into my car for the original placing of the plate, therefore I'd have to get that covered up? And also, considering our bumpers arent flat or straight, would it be possible to mount it straight on?
Thanks!
Thanks!

^^^ Mitsu does sell them, but for $35. I bought one from an evo owner here for $10ship.
It's a custom job, so it requires drilling and the evo re-location SMLP. I did it to my RA when I first got it (over 18months ago), it looks nice... but it's not the look I wanted after awhile so I went back to stock.

i saw this thread while searching for a license plate bracket and i was wondering if any of you guys knew the P/N to give to mitsu when i go down there to ask if they can get me one of these brackets. i'd go today but i know their parts department closes at noon.
