There are only a few guys that need that size pipe... for the stage 1 2.25 is fine... 2.5 will do you a little better... not much though. 3" is for those going to do a huge turbo, huge boost, etc.

ROCK has been building and driving dsm's, usdms, etc for more years than i've been alive. Saying he doesn't know what he's talking about is like saying RRE, Buscher, TTrix, etc don't knowwhat their talking about. If you think you know more or better than i say just go back to the kiddie pool... the grownups are talking here.

Great that a dyno will actully be done, been flippin between N/A or FI. what happend to turbo tech P.R. havn't seen him post for awhile.


edit: the dyno should be alot higher now that it has alot more different things in it like the pulley, p&P intake etc..

RRM turbo kit, exhaust setup?

What do you think is the best exhaust setup for the turbo kit?? Turbo downpipe with 2.5" pipe to muffler?? Should the resonator still be there? I just want to get an idea of how much I need to spend on getting the exhaust right after I put on the kit.

2.25 inch is fine. 2.5 only if you are for sure going turbo.
