but they are gonna have to show us a before and after dyno to get us 10 ppl ready to buy the header! 1 hour and a $50 dyno run i think isnt asking much to really jumpstart a new product for them.
I believe they have a 4-1 header out, but you need a "Kit" so i think somehow they have it going 4-1 then the kit goes 1-2 for the downpipe, but i don't know, i just don't understand why kamikaze wouldn't make a bolt-on a real bolt on.

^^^ I agree, especially if they have to "custom" make each one to order. Why can't they make the damn thing 2" longer?

well the header bolts up, it's just too damn short to reach the down pipe.

Whats the advantages of getting a new header? More HP? Is it just because the piping has better "air flow" capabilities?

Also it impossible to retain the stock cat as it is PART of the downpipe, it is not bolted on, it is welded to it. The headers they would be making would be like stock and would bolt up to the stock downpipe or the RRM one.
I'd like a header that would bolt to the RRM one... Would a 4-1 bolt to the RRM/stock DP!?!?!? Because the DP is 2-1... So would the header have to be 4-2... or am I incorrect in saying this!?

It would need to be a 4-2 header, and considering it does not include the entire downpipe and test pipe liks must other headers do than it should cost at least $100 less. Does this company have a website?

^^^ I wasn't able to find their website.

From what I can see it's a 4-1 header, that needs 2" long 1-2 connection piping, to fit the RRM 2-1 downpipe. 4-1-2-1 piping. Can't be too efficient.

I think I'll wait on this one.

Well nonetheless I don't know what your talking about with the header design, is there a picture floating around somewhere that I could see?

i think if kamakzi wants to actually sell it, they will make the downpipe to fill that 2" gap and to fit the 1-1 between the catback....hopefully /w the high-flow cat installed

http://www.mmrusa.com/kammitsu.htm

It's not THE one for the RA, but the Lancer one looks like 4-1 to me. Could be wrong.

Well that is just a vendor, why would someone make this post if kamikaze never even had information or plans to make a ralliart header?

I called Kamikaze so 1) they have a website/2) They have a ralliart piece

but honestly for the headache it would cause the gains really aren't big enough... just spend the money and get yours powdercoated.
