cold start it's at 1100, then goes to 1000 after a min from starting, then eventually it dips to like 6-700

It's normal for idle to be high when you start the car at first unless the car is warmed up already...

Mine always starts up a little loud and idles at about 1300-1500 rpm. After half a minute or if I rev the engine a couple times it drops down to a little under 1000 and quiets down.

When I first start it up it idles around 1100 for a moment and then drops to about 650 or so... sometimes when it first starts up at will studder a little bit then drop down...

Same here, starts off at 1000, after about a minute or so it immediately drops to around 600; it's probably by design to help warm the engine quicker.

This is what I noticed on my car. After I added a grounding kit it sticks to 1000, no fluctuations whatsoever, and then drops to 600 no fluctuations.

Partly true, a totally cold engine can't idle at 600RPM, it would stall. So the high idle is to keep the engine running and to get it warmed up faster.

Ahh, my bad...us Canadians usually recognize a joke by something being humourous in nature.
