So you said this was going to be 2.5" tubing for header and DP right?

NOPE. Smaller, torquier. We tried 2.5, you would hate it.

So if we have a 2.5 cat-back now, would you not recommend a 2.25 header/dp?

So long as you choke it off a bit it will be fine. Remember, bigger will rob you of torque. We DONT WANT THAT EFFECT!
