Update:
Okay spoke with the tuner again and here is the final summary.
Installation
-camshaft
-cam gear
Dyno tune mapping
-retune ecu
-more fuel at mivec
-tuned to 100 RON
-adjust cam gear
Dyno run
-current tune
-result after installation
Tuner wants to tune the car with alot of low torque punch, to get the car up and going. And by the sound of it, he's going to tune the hell out of the ecu, they're an agent of Haltech so it should be sweet.

Well would you guess what? The car won't be ready until Monday. And that wasn't even guaranteed. So sh*tty right now.
I mean, from what I've been hearing, it should only take 2-3 hours max for the cam installtion + 1 hour for the tuning. I guess, I wouldn't want to hurry the tuner. He has been working on it, but I guess he has alot of other work as well. So I guess he does a bit of my car then does the others back and forth.
To top it off, I'm not even sure the interceptor software for the haltech ecu on the website is the actual updated version for the mivec lancer. There is a general written software for the haltech interceptor and a interceptor software specifically written for our car in terms of the mivec and crank sensors. Spoke to the tuner and told him to ring Haltech first thing Monday morning. Dave from RPW wanted me to confirm this otherwise if they try run the software as per on the Haltech's website, the engine won't run properly.

ahh bugger... well I suppose it is better to be safer than sorry and I suppose this just comes with the territory of being the first to have the first MIVEC Lancer in Australia to be modded this way... come Monday when everything is all sorted out at Haltech you will have your car back and then you will put the delays behind you and look at it as just a glitch
good luck with it all and keep us posted

Thanks for the well wishes Christine.
Come Monday and I can bet with my car that I'll be hit with "surprise charges".
Sorry boys and girls, i'll keep you updated.

well no you should not be hit with "surprise charges" they quoted you a price based on there knowledge of doing the work, they said they could do the work and quoted you as such based upon there abilities if they said to you we are not sure what the cost is going to be because we have not done this type of work before then yes there is room for them to move on price, but they said that they could do it no problems, so no there should be no surprise charges.
It's a bit like getting a plumber in to do some plumbing work- you ask for a price, he inspects work to be done he gives you a price you are happy and can afford that price so you get the work done, now if the plumber says yes I can do it and does not give you a price... you then have the choice of going ahead with it or not because it is either in your price range or not...
But I think you will be fine...

Cause I rang him and asked him about an update on hows it going and he says "oh btw, I thought it was a hydraulic cam, but its an adjustment cam so I'll have to spend more time therefore it will be an extra $80.00.
I was thinking to myself "wtf.. come on man.."
I know it, you'll see. Sigh I know what I'm in for with this guy.

Woo, results! Okay, don't want to get my hopes up so lets keep this real.
Will let you know how it goes *fingers crossed*

Though that sounds good and can happen, that won't happen on a hub dyno. Roller dyno yes, hub dyno - nope!
I'm sure Dan (DangerousDan) will confirm this with everyone. He has explained this to me before.
To be quite honest, its the torque curve I'm more interested in
