The dropping of the idle is going to happen because of how cold the air is....considering the the MAF has to heat up a wire inside to maintain a certain IAT. Now amagine what the car has to do with that much density. -30 to -40 compared to another signal like the ECT which would read from 180-190 to 210-220........It is going to add more fuel to compensate to keep the car running now when to take your foot off the accelerator and push in the clutch the injectors turn off for a short time to make for better fuel economy and also because of deceleration. So the idle will bob alittle......if you wear to watch your O2 sensors.....it would show them sweeping from 100mv-850mv. When you let them out they drop to lean mixture because of fuel cut running at close to 100mv......There is alot of sensor input that can cause your idle issue.....hope this helps you better understand your car... And i hope this helps also...

The play was between the fork and the ''ball'' that hold the fork, so it had a little bit loose and the fork rattle agains the bearing...
Yeah, I replaced my release fork and the fulcrum, thinking they might be part of it, but the noise still came back. The new ones I got were of the same design as the one that came out.

Is this something I can do on my own? I also need to do this but I have no idea on how to.
