Which FIC are you using. Both -6 and -8 work but the -6 needs to be messed around with thte MAP and so on and its not that "reliable" imo
We've been using the FIC on the 4G Eclipse since it first came out over two years ago...it works flawlessly, no issues. I believe that the ralliart MAF sensor has the same part number as the one for the 4G eclipse, it is NOT a frequency based signal. I've built a PnP harness for the 4G eclipse (same one RRE sells with the FIC) that has the proper circuitry built in for the MAF sensor to work with it...don't see any reason you guys couldn't use it as well.

CANBus has nothing to do with the FIC...it doesn't interact with it in any way. The FIC-8 works the same way the -6 does, it just adds two injector channels and support frequency manipulation for frequency based MAF's, but like I said, you don't need that anyway. It has some other new features too, but the -6 would work as well...
