Interchangeable Transmissions

Hello everyone,
Did a quick search and could not find a clear answer on this. What other transmissions will fit with the 04 4g69? According to a diag. one of the bearing cage's broke inside my tranny so now I have ball bearings rolling around in there.

The shop wants to rebuild the whole thing. If I can find a new or less used (Mine has 128k miles) on it, my dad can install it for me, for a lot cheaper.

Thanks in advance =D

Thanks, I searched that as well, but wasn't sure if there were any other model's that I could add to the search, like I know some of the eclipse parts are the same. Something to add to the amount of options. =D

04-06 RA Tranny's are interchangeable. The eclipse flywheels is 2mm smaller so that won't work. It's creepy how you have tranny failure....seems to be a running theme around here.

Where did you hear that?

Im running an eclipse flywheel on my car an it seemed to match up perfectly. Plus when i did a search for the part the eclipse item showed up as well...

For an eclipse flywheel to actually work that's a different story but every thing Ive looked as a 2mm difference in flywheel size.
