Update,

One thing i have been noticing is that my fuel pump (brand new) is making a lot of noise...like it's not maintaining constant fuel pressure. Could be the fpr within the pump assmebly is dying. I know SMP sells it as an individual part. I will prob end up getting it.

Do we test our fuel pressure at the fuel rail or at the top of the fuel assembly where the high pressure hose connects?

It 's my second year with the Gt 65mm throttle body and I have a lot of problem according to the TB... But No Code
The last code I got is RPM higher than Expected and I fix it (Vaccum leak in O ring injector)

Time to fix the Idle by the Ecu when I start the car
Weard idle
Rev when I turn the AC
Lag of time when I lunch slowly
It Make electrical noise when I turn the key

I removed the RRM Piggyback for try to find the problem but the engine have the similar attitude.

I really consider to buy a new OEM TB 60mm for fix my prob.

How do you fix your the problem?

I have a rendez-vous with Hackish in Ontario the 19/07 for tune and reflash the ecu, I will try to find the problem with him

Replace injector O rings 1465A188 and injector insulators MD087060. Remember to get 4 of each.

Lazukard, I hope you get the problem fixed. But if you do want to go back to the OEM TB, let me know. I will meet you somewhere and we can trade TB in a parking lot.

When you meet Hackish can you please ask him when is he planning to release the software? A lot of us are waiting anxiously.

Thank you.

Just ordered new o-ring and injector insulators. Crossing fingers this resolves the issue.

Do you thing my setup need Fuel pressure regulator ?

I Change the fuel rail (RPW) and The Fuel pump (Walbro 255)

I try to fix the problem and change a lot of part but the car is alway weird

It really is not economic ... I can full my car every 200 - 250 KM, Like 160-180 Mile

NO Check after 2 Week of drive (TESTED VACCUM LEAK) (And no Leak of fuel by the fuel Rail or injector, wachted every hose 2-3 time

It's really frustrating

Your FPR is built into the fuel sending unit. At this juncture it just seems that some of these cars are just tempermental.
