I dont think that cai is a good idea to me it only looks better
you are taking all the hot air ,my options are a drop in or a well
made cold air box that takes nice outside cold air

IF you dont want to spend $220, get the K&N, if u have the money, get a CAI, but at least with a K&N, no warranty worries.

What do you think the cold air intake takes in? These things are dyno proven, and like i said I had a CAI on my integra and it gained 18hp to the wheels, what other type of intake can do that?

I would also like to know if there's a difference between the air filter that the Ralliart receives and the ones that regular Lancers get.

No Delta, they are the same paper filters that all the Lancers get.

This was on my b18c1 (GSR). I had an aem (no bypass valve) cold air intake. The only other mod i had, was a catback exhaust.

I just dropped in a flat pannel K&N filter in my EVO and it did surprise me....little more low end and mid range and gave the turbo a nice sound.

decided to go with a short ram intake with a K &N cone filter instead of the CAI.....since I live in Toronto....where there's a lot of crap like snow. there is a GOOD difference from stock......never tryed the K & N stock piece.

I saw that Ralliart makes a drop in air filter. I'm wondering, do all Lancers have the same air filter size, EVO included?
