It's the evo 8 and everything works The only thing I noticed is when you turn cruise control on since there is no cruise control some light comes on looks like a intercooler exploding

 

That's hilarious, I could have sworn that was the cruise control button not the blow up the intercooler for the turbo I wish I had button! :P

 

Oh and as for your previous question, there are a few places but I was gonna call blackcatcustoms.com and do it completely custom, check them out they have some pretty tight examples of what others have done with there help

Now I'm curious if there would be a way to have the odometer fixed to match the miles that are actually on my car for the new cluster

 

Only the dealer can do that but they won't , it's illegal .

 

Oh well I don't plan on selling the car ever anyways haha

 

Now that you say that crans it does look like something being injected into the cooler I'll try and get a pic soon I took some earlier but you can't see it in the light do I'll take some when it's dark

Hey guys just throwing another newbish question out there, but has anyone on here know of a way to increase our top speed or just as importantly increase red line, preferably safely and reliably. I know Hackish is able to increase max rpm to between 7-7.3k. Just curious haha

 

140 is plenty illegal no?

 

with a higher rev limit your top speed will be higher...though the fastest i've ever had the car on the 1/4mile is 94mph, and about 105 on the road coarse...so why you need 140 is beyond me...you'll need a ton of power and A LOT of mods to get there in a reasonable amount of time, i.e. at the track...on the road, who cares what the top speed is when it takes forever to get there...and to really increase the top top without hurting the motor, you'll need different gear ratios in the transmission...

 

Nah I doubt I'll ever need to go higher then 120, I was just wondering
