take the headlights back apart and put back in oven with a towel underneath them to collect most of the moisture if any. Keep in oven at 275 degrees for about 5 minutes and take out and immediately put back together and reseal.

I've done the oven thing back when I had my RSX it works but be careful.

Also I would recomend some nice adjustable clamps to keep pressure on the sealant.

When you get this thing worked out, I want to see a pic with the amber reflector removed!

before you go through all the trouble of resealing them, do one of two things:

1. heat them up again and push the together, making sure the seal is tight
2. plug up all the holes (the bulb sockets, etc) and then submerge it in a tub of water, look for bubbles, there is where your leak is

if you see no bubbles, you don't need resealing, it's just left over condensation inside the headlight, then just wait for a dry sunny day, park the car in direct sunlight with the bulb sockets out, it will dry itself out

I'm on my third headlight from the dealer because of condensation, it must be an issue. Although it's just my driver side, the passenger side has been fine. I'm thinking of taking out the amber strip as well and importstylz07 wrote up a very nice "how to" here:
