correct, from what i read elsewhere, the mivec control is just a voltage regulator. i think its like .3v is no mivec, .7v engages mivec. to adjust the point, just read the RPM sensor output and jump the mivec feed /w a .3v and .7v feed (or wutever it may be) at whatever RPM reading u want. could make it dependant upon a few factors =)

The MS-II V3 Supports Nitrous,Vtec, etc anything that's relay controlled it can pretty much engage and control and then disable when the time is right. like engage at 4200 rpms and then disable at 3900 so if your running around in like 3rd or 4th through town the relay for the vtec wouldnt be clicking on and off 50 times a min just because you hit 4000 rpms

Mega Squirt has been around a while... Its a very cool system, takes some time to get used to... You can use it on any engine... Alot of my VW friends use it and can do some really cool tuning with it...

Well first off welcome to last year everyone....LOL! Megasquirt has been around for a long time, this is a Really neat system, i have installed this system on my Ralliart and use it as a stand alone unit, as for the mivec that was no problem when uploading a specific table (or information database) you can tell it to activate the Mivec at any speed by using one of the wires as a shift light option and it will come on at any RPM you tell it to. But be aware this is no plug'n play system if you no experience in vehicle electronics, this system is not for you, this system took me at least 2 week to hook up all the sensors and get the programing just right.
