Putting S&S amp and sub into stock RA?
Is this possible? After searching for a while, I read that the only way to do this on a non-S&S head unit would be to split the speaker out signal into the sub. If it is possible, would the quality be worse than a S&S car? Also, would I be able to install them without problem?
And one last question. The speakers don't get improved with S&S, right? They just come from the amp rather than the HU?

Yeah, the S&S HU does have that extra connector, so you would have to split it. As far as quality goes, I would guess it wouldn't be as good, but that's just my guess, not exactly sure.
The speakers in S&S models are Infinity though. So they are upgraded from the stock ES/LS/OZ speakers. How much upgraded? I don't know. But I would also guess that the S&S amplifier would probably run too much power for the stock ES/LS/OZ speakers to handle.

i bought the subwoofer off someone and I have a pionner headunit and pioneer speakers. what else would i need to do to install the sub? My headunit has RCA outputs and the sub has 2 wires.
and the reason i got that sub and not better ones is because i like how small it is and i dont need a lot of bass anyways.

There was a post a LONG time ago about running the s&S sub with an aftermarket amp. It was blown with running only 40 watts to it. So you're much safer just using the s&s amp.

Oh yeah, I think you're right. My bad!
But for consistency's sake, just try to use the S&S amp. If anything, it will save you time, and headaches, and they're designed to work together.
One other point: Do the regular lancers have the 'hump' on the right side of the trunk? If so, that may make installation a little more strenuous.
