Any roling mass is going to affect hp. I have 2 sets of rims other than my stock. i have a set of 18s with 215/45/18s and a set of leight weight 15"s with 225/50/15's and there is sutch a power differance between the 2 It feals like I have 20 more hp with the 15s on. but I run the 18s just for looks. I'm looking into some new light weight rims I think I'm going with some 16lb falken 17"s.. (an average 17 would weight about 24lb) falken allso makes tires that are 2lb lighter than average tires. I will allso be buying them after seeing how much differance wheel weight makes.
