that last list u should of put the Focus SVT even though they dont sell them anymore. also Ra eat Si's for breakfest. lol and Spec V's are just freaking fast. there is no getting around that. only way a Ra is going ot win against that is if the guy doesnt know how to drive or you have mods.

I drove quite a few of those before deciding on the RA. I liked the SE-R spec V, except it felt like it redlined too quickly for my liking. It was still my second choice but I personally think that thing is dog ugly. I've read lots of complaints about the looks of the R/A, but I think it looks better than nearly all if not all of the cars on that list. Btw nice list, lots of info, thanks!

Also the V6 Tiburon Idk but tune me in on specs and timeslips on that one so i can see how our RA compares. Idk to you guys but even though it might be true i hate being compared to a frekin corolla and a focus because of its reputation of being a slooooow car.
Also, im gonna have to call BS on your friends 2005 RSX-s with I/E hanging or 'up there' with 350z's. Althought the 2005 Type-S is significantly faster and takes to mods better than 2002-2004, I/E is not gonna have you in 350z territory. Catback exhaust does nothing for the 2005, as the stock system is already freeflowing, very similiar to the DC5 Integra Type-R. If anything, CAI and DCRH and a catback will get you the added power, and they put you in 350z territory. I know for a fact I/H/E on a 2005 rsx-s can pull a 350z, because I watch my friend do it numerous time (I was holding the camera).

To Me Competition Would Be
Scion TC
Eclipse GT
Civic Si (new or old)
Any kind of GTI 1.8T
Jetta GLI 1.8T
Tiburon GT
If you want to put the WRX on the list you can put it but im not racing on from a dig lol

Yeah, that what I said earlier. We wouldn't get blown out. But how much power (%) is lost due to the LSD?
If I'm not mistaken, manual RAs tend to dyno at ~150whp, which translates to 175hp at the crank. In that article, the 157whp translates to ~185hp at the crank.
If we truly made 162hp, a manual RA would dyno at ~137hp.
