There must be something in the car attracting them, otherwise they wouldn't be there.

I have the same problem with my Evo. I do not drive it often and have a car cover over it. No covered garage.

I had a problem with spiders living in my dash a couple months ago. And I'm not talking about little ones either. These bastards were big black and white scary b*tches. I almost got in an accident one day when one decided to crawl out and go for a walk while I was driving. Scared the **** out of me.

after you have removed all of your personal stuff have a really good look thru the car they will most likely be behind the dash as this is were it is the warmest get a surface spray and spray all around it will smell a little but better than having ants turn your car into there new mobile house

Wow funny you posted this. Happened to me about 3 weekends ago. I was getting off work at 7am (yeah i work the graveyard shift in the ER) and i go to get into my car and i sit down and i feel all these bites on me so i look down and there is BULL ANTS ALL OVER MY CAR. they were in the dash , the seats , the floor , the door sills , everywhere.. and then i opened my trunk and they were EVERYWHERE. I put a bomb in the trunk... and a bomb in the back seat , fogged the whole car out , let it sit for 24 hrs and then drove a good few miles with windows down.. after a few days car was back to normal smell. it was a ***** though.

Threads like this are funny to me. First off, vacuum out your car and suck up every one of the ants you can find. If you're not sure where they're hiding out, you can fog the car, but if you have a good idea where they're concentrated, you could seek them out with the spray.
