All carb legal intakes have their certification visible. Most intake companys put their carb cert. near the MAF housing. If you cant see it w/o looking everywhere than it most likely isnt carb legal.

Injen CAI has an E.O. I just can't find the direct link to the listings anymore.
AEM does not, it's pending according to AEM http://www.aempower.com/ViewProduct.aspx?ProductID=239
F5's are just too rediculously expensive for me to bother looking up the CARB status of them.
Sorry but you'll have to pay the ticket, or fix it. It pays to read the fine print sometimes.

HAHAHAHA that's so true! I buy my RRM parts from Lakeside Performance, which ironicly enough is the parts counter for Vickar Mitsubishi here in Winnipeg. On a side note it's kinda cool knowing that my dealership trusts enough in RRM to recomend that I get their parts. When I started talking to them about RRM parts and warranty issues, I told them that I was considering the turbo but that I was too scared to **** away my ten year warranty. They said and I quote " you can trust RRM, hell they even blew up a MIVEC engine in development of the turbo, so you know that the made sure it was right before they released it. With RRM parts you have very little to worry about." The service manager was standing with me as we were talking and backed up the parts counter guys. They then tried to sell me on the pully, but I am saving for the Cat Back right now, so maybe after that.
