Im glad i come across this. My fan has been not coming on when it should every now an again an makin me run hot. My first guess was the temp sensor in the radiator. Do we have one of these? Or can i just assume its the fan controller?

Does your radiator fan stay running a little bit after you turn the car off? Like around 8-10 seconds?

Sometimes
But hell, some cars do that. It even says on the fan assembly in a lot of dif cars that the fan may come on unexpectedly when the car is off. Thus why i dont understand why people find this so weird in our cars.

Because my car has never done it before until it randomly just started doing it, its a noticeable difference, it turns on full blast when the car is off.

So which is it? Is it the one that TriangleChoke is saying or the link I posted? I only ask because one of them asks for the 2.4L engine which is the RA while the other does not

Mine got me stuck yesterday. For some reason the fan wont cut on about half the time when i idle. I have to get the car moving in order for it to start running. I got stuck on the highway when i hit some construction and it was stop an go traffic.Car ran real hot an fan wouldn't come on. I finally got a break in the traffic an i got the car going then it came on.
