Headlight bulbs keep burning out

Just wondering if anyone else has run into any issues with their headlight bulbs. I've had my car for 4 years and I'm about to replace my burnt out headlights (one went yesterday...other will be right behind it) for about the 5th time. Second time in about 6 months. Does anyone else run into this? I've tried all kinds of bulbs, cheapies, Silverstars and even PIAAs. Nothing lasts longer than a year. Any thoughts?

are you touching the bulbs with your fingers? if you are the oil from your fingers could be the reason they are burning out

Nope, I'm really careful with them. Good thought though! Thanks!
