a little help please
ok got a couple questions.
1. My transmission seems to be seeping oil, theres no puddles or any signs of dripping on the ground under the car but theres small amounts of oil on each of the bolts on the bottom of the tranny, and it seems to be getting thrown onto my driver side front rim. any advice?
2. awhile back i had to replace the rear left lower control arm and when it was put in they forgot(morons) to put in the bushing where the sway bar goes into the controll arm, anyone know the part number? i cant seem to figure out what part it is on the illistrations i see.

cant help you out much with the tranny issue but forget putting in the bushings yourself id bring it back to where you had the control arm done and show them what they did (in this case didnt do) and have them do it for free

The fluid seepage is not uncommon, my car's had it for as long as I've owned it, which is a little over 100,000 miles. It has not been a problem. No drips, just a bit of dampness on the bottom of the trans. Not enough to make me worry.
If it's getting on your rim, take a very close look at the trans, brake lines, and CV joint boot on that side, to be sure which one is leaking. If it's your brakes line or CV joint boot leaking, fix it asap. If it's the trans, and is only a drop or two, keep an eye on it for a while to see if it gets worse. If it gets worse or is already more than a few drops, fix it before you run the trans low on fluid.
The bushing you need is available at any decent auto parts store for about $15 for a whole set. I got mine at Autozone. They are Energy Suspension poly bushings, better than stock rubber.
