im tired of my car and want something boosted
i have an 04 ralliart its not mint but its nice the 1st owner wrecked it the second owner totaled it and now i own it with a salvage title
it has 88,000 miles and a variety of bolt ons.
someone is wanting to trade me a clean titled 98 gsx (bone stock) with 140,000 pretty nice, the wheels are just curbed, plannin on getting new ones anyway

so are you asking if you should trade for the 98 gsx? i would, 98 GSX is AWD turbo! If it was my RA that was to be traded for the GSX, I would say no, but seeing how your car does have a salvage title, with 88k miles and it being an 04, it can't be worth much.

well i drove over 2 hours today to trade "" for the gsx and it was a pos 3rd synchronizer was gone and under the hood was Rusted Out
i wish i could have my 4 hours back

I'd say boost the RA. That is if you have the cash, I'm going to be toying with n20 on mine in few weeks( VERY VERY LOW SHOT) but if u have cash hit up rrm. OR mayb u could find a sr20det 240sx or something. Idk just my 2cents

i agree wit souless, boost the RA, if u got the cash go that route, be alot better than trading it for a rusted gsx, i been down that route, its not pretty, lol

It depends on what you want.. If you want AWD then sell the car cheap and take a hit to buy a new car. You're not going to get much since its got a salvage title.. Better yet just keep the car as a daily since you'll lose out on it too much and just go out and buy a GSX or a VR4 or something. But keep in mind unless you have the mechanical knowledge of the wallet to supply them a gsx/vr4 that's modded is a horrible daily driver as they tend to break for some people. [KEYWORD SOME PEOPLE]

I got to argee with Bruce, because older DSM's can be mechanic hogs or they can run smooth as butter but it does at time take a mechanical knowledge and deep pockets to keep them that way so if you plan on heavily modding one make sure you have another car like the RA to use as a daily driver. If it was me I would mod the RA but I spent some time with a 1G GSX and it was fun and I learned alot but can be time consuming and money so I got my RA instead because I needed a daily driver and sold the GSX sad day

use the ralliart as a DD. than buy the GSX, rip the motor out, build the bottom end, weld the differential, and you have a faster car then the ralliart will ever be. 4 grand tops in aftermarket parts and you have a race car. 4 grand in ralliart parts and you can ALMOST boost it lol.
