removing the passenger and driver side window

I've never done it, but it shouldn't be too terribly complicated. You'll have to remove the door panel (obviously) and the window channel weather stripping. Once that's all out of the way, you'll have to disconnect the bottom of the window from the regulator assembly, which the service manual says is only two bolts. Remove those, then use suction cups to get the glass out.

i had to do it a month or so ago, some ****s broke my window and tried to steal my radio.
anywho, its not terribly hard. as otter said, remove the door panel, remove the plastic backing either completely (removing the speaker), or partially by just folding it down. (the adhesive here gets really messy, so have some goo-gone and a nice rag ready). once you remove it all, plug the window control panel back in, as you will need it to adjust the windows in a little bit.
if you examine the door panel there are two small holes near the center area that you can fit an extension/socket through. roll the windows up/down until youve aligned the holes on the panel, with the bolts on the actual glass assembly. remove 2 bolts/remove window (will take some futzing with), reinstall, retighten, ????, profit.
take the time to shop-vac all that glass out of your door channel too (if it was broken line mine)
