Could it be a sunroof? Rear driver side?

dont think its the windows, im thinking its the seals.

the noise comes from the driver side, like if your in the car the corner nearest your head. if i put my hand there in a certain angle the noise goes away a bit.

hmm..i wonder how much to get the door seal replaced...???

Check the rubber seal....

Have you checked the rubber seal that surrounds the door. Make sure it hasn't come out of the channel at the top and rear edge of the door. If even a few inches of it have come out air leaks through and noise results. The snap in pegs that hold it to the door in the jamb, and under the door, can pop out and let air in, too. Make sure the window is going all the way up tight into the felt seal at the top of the door. If it's stopping short it will let air through and make noise. Good luck, sh*t like that drives me nuts, too.
