best place (online) to purchase a new cabin air filter
#16
I just wanted to say thanks for reminding me that this needed to be replaced. Ordered mine from rockauto and when I removed the old filter it was disgusting!! I don't think mine has been changed out in like 60K and the old filter had all kinds of grass/bugs/dust and nasty shiz in it. Now I've got a brand new charcoal filter in it! I can't really smell a difference but just knowing I'm not breathing in that nastiness is worth the $25.

Sorry it took me a while to reply.
I ended up ordering the RA30 from this page
Like I said, I ordered the RA30 charcoal filter. It was about $25 with shipping. It was a perfect fit and as I said I don't really notice a huge difference, but my girlfriends swears she can tell a difference from before and after. Less of a dusty smell apparently.

That's weird because I picked one up at autozone for 20 bucks, but then again it was a paper filter. Maybe the charcoal filter will help with that wet sock smell I'm getting out of the AC.... then again probably not.
