The bottle says you can use your PCV valve also, I've always used the brake booster line, but I tried the PCV valve just recently. I like using that hose a lot more, gets your intake and more of the engine. I remember reading that using the brake booster gets part of the engine while the PCV gets most of it. If I'm wrong then someone correct me. But I'm pretty sure I'm right.

Also it seems to get the job done more using the PCV, at least it did for me

That's not a good thing bro , you should flush your brake fluid and get some fresh juice in there. I flush my fluid with every oil change and tire rotation. You will notice a difference in the brake feel , even more if you've never done it before.

using the PCV hose does that clean out the throttle body as well? or how should we go about getting the TB cleaned?

Ouch... and I thought my 22 MPG this winter was bad, when I can normally get close to 28 city driving during nicer seasons.

I don't mean to highjack this tread but I ran a test on how my driving will affect mpg.

Driving like an a$$ - 20.5-21mpg
Driving normal - 23-24 mpg
Driving like a grandma, never took it over 3k rpm, a lot of costing - 27.5mpg

The mods I have in my car ar SRI, RRM udp, Flowmaster exhaust, headers, no cat.

That's pretty good compared to me I guess the mods killed my gas mileage. I don't think I've ever gotten better than 24 mpg and city driving it usually right around the 17-20 mpg mark .

Well pretty much all the driving was done in the city. I live in Miami so even on the highway with all this damn traffic is like city driving.

Out of the tips I put above, the main one I stuck with helped increase my mpg. I drove about 5 mph less that the speed limit - staying to the right every time I was on the highway.

Sounds good, but I really do hate "that guy" when driving on the road. Lol

I dont know if anyone mentioned this or not, but using Cruise Control can help with gas mileage as well quite a bit.
