there's lots of lapping/drag events between the test & tunes...i'm going on may 21st, cause i convinced a buddy of mine to come out, and maybe another...one's got a 2006 civic si, and my good friend drives a saturn ion redline...for a saturn it's pretty slick...

but july 9th is definately a go for me...

sounds like fun, but i can go for a long leisurely drive anytime...i'm lucky the wife lets me out for race day...she would come with me, and my son loves cars, but we're expecting our second baby any day now, so it's not a good time for me...again, i'm lucky she's still going to let me race...

Just get her to subscribe to the ideology that just cause she's miserable it doesn't mean you should be. I did that when my wife was pregnant, worked beautifully.

i'm trying to make it for may 21st mix & match as well as others, it's lapping AND 1/4 mile, but i'll be going to all of 1/4 mile test & tunes, the july 9th 1/4 mile test and tune should be a good turn out, i think brent said he's going to try to make it down for that one...

So it looks like i won't make it for the 21st, it's coming down to the wire, and the worst part is i'm missing a 10$ piece of plastic as the only part i overlooked, and it might take 2 weeks to arrive, so if it's not here by next friday i won't be racing.

Next Mix & Match is june 11th

Still trying to organize a meet for july 9th at the shannonville motorsport park!

it's JULY 9TH! 8 days after Canada Day...lol, remember that, mark it down on the calendar... I'm hoping a few guys from the board will show up.

fill you in...uhm, drive to my house in trenton, come early and we can have afternoon beer, then we can drive to the track together later that night, hoping Nick shows too, that would actually be cool, cause i'm black, he's yellow and you're red. It's either 20 or 25 bucks at the gate, if your old lady is comin, it's 5$ for the stands, or another 20$ for the pits...same price as if you are racing.

I'll have to laugh if you end up in the 17's, My Lancer ES runs 17's...

you shouldn't have a problem hitting 15's, but the ****box turbo neons are going to **** you off...i ran 15's last year with just the intake, and a muffler...all i did was take the spare tire and subwoofer out.

The plastic piece i need, is a cap for the transmission case that covers the snap ring that hold the output shaft in the case. of you look at the end of your transmission, you'll see what i'm talking about...

Of course thats the date of our once-every-ten-years big North American family reunion. However...
