Blown fuse or blown window motor?

So I have had my window rolled up for the past 4 months.

Not too bad when its winter but now its starting to get a little toasty out so Im done being lazy about it.

Not sure if its a blown motor in the door or a blown fuse yet.

I went through the forums and searched but found a ton of similar issues that were resolved by turning off the windows lock button.

I assure you this isnt the issue.

I looked at the owners manual and they dont really show you what fuses are for the power windows.

Is anyone familiar what fuse I need to check for the driver side front power window?

Google even let me down.

With my luck the motor is blown but its worth a shot.

If the other windows work, I would not think it is a fuse.

Yeah its just the one window.
I was fairly confident that it was just the motor.
Boo.

Well Im currently looking at replacements on rockauto.com (cause not one of the junk yards in my area have a single lancer in them) and now just want to make sure I am ordering the right thing.

Do I just need the motor or do I need a regulator too? First time changing one of these suckers out.

Attached 2 shots of what I have available for purchase...

I would personally remove the door panel and listen for activation of the motor.. Even remove motor and activate it to see if its ok. Could also be a window regulator.. Which is more common on the cars i work on daily
Easy to see once the door panel is removed good luck

Normally I would agree with you but Im at my apartment where none of my tools are.
So my plan is to order what I need and then jet back to my parents where I have a garage to use. And just install.

But you think it might be the regulator?

Hmmm, well thats not good to hear... I would hate to see you order parts that may or may not be needed not alone not order the parts need to fix the vehicle. I would not rule out the regulator.. If the regulator is jammed then the motor will not move. The only advise I can give you is to remove that door panel and inspect before ordering parts to ensure you order the right parts and can then quickly fix you car
