consider this: when does a CAI help the most? when you are sucking in lots of air. When does this happen? When you rev higher. This is also when the mivec kicks in. if you are looking for better 0-60, dont go with mods that help most /w highend torque. you will get to 60 in 3rd gear....
tires on the other hand will help your launch, assuming you got better tires ;] it seems like you are more interested in handling. maybe working on stiffening things up. some clutch work wont hurt either. if you want to really get into the short-runs, try the lsd. im wondering how well it will work!
