mivec controller

i have found some mivec controllers that are from japan. R-SPEC MIVEC, SFC-VTEC/MIVEC and the APEXI VAFC but i dont know if it would work on the ralliart?

Oh yeah?!?! Woaw, I'm interested in that! What's it do? Can you direct your MIVEC to change cam profile in at 2000 RPM instead of 3500??? That would be damn cool! Well, I guess it would... I wonder if you would get more HP at lower revs or just loose some torque.

Anyone who knows a lot about the MIVEC (or any VVT) to answer that one???

yes, you do gain hp like 10. but i dont know if it would work on are engines but there is a good chance it could.

i was thinking the same about the amanage. a bit harder to tune though. if this is setup right out the box, alot of people may go this way. cost may be less, too

well anytime you import something from japan it's normally fairly expensive.

Ya, stuff from Japan can get pricy. First of all, its MADE IN JAPAN, that means high labor cost but good quality. Then comes to the shipping & handling oversea, that will cost quite a chunk of money as well. But trust me, most things from Japan are FABulous.
