Unbalanced tires. Have you had your tires off recently? You should re-torque them after about...what do they say 10km? Something like that, because they do come loose. If you've had the car in a shop and they had the tires off, always retorque the wheels after a bit, because i've known a few people who went to shops and a week later had vibrations and stripped studs because they didn't tighten the lugs properly at the shop...

Well I get vibrations when doing over 60 but breaking, wich means rotors are warped for sure. I will be swaping out rotors and front breaks and calipers sooon though as I got some 96 talon dual piston calipers ect. The rotors on our car seem to warp easy and stock OEM stuff does suck.
In referance to this thread, I would say you need to look at somthing other then the rotor if its a grinding noise your hearing, maybe somthing on your pads ect. Did the dealership change your pads also when they changed the rotors, if not that could be some of the problem. Check the pads also to see if there contaminated ect. You also might want to see if caliper is draging the pad and causing an overheating problem, a lot of ford trucks have that problem where part of the break line becomes a flap and doesnt let the break fluid flow backwars to release the pads sooo they over heat ect.

i get vibrations from my steering wheel due to crappy california roads. haha. i get my brakes checked everytime i get my car serviced because of the reverse squeking our cars gets. i just got them resurfaced althought im gonna need to get my steering wheel aligned for my next service because i personally feel that there is a bit more play in the steering.

I am having a similar problem with on evo x.. i warped the factory rotors in about a month after i bought the thing... the dealrship resurfaced them and about 2 weeks later they are warped again. The dealership wont do anything about the rotors beacuse they are only cover 1 time under warranty (bs i think beacuse it isnt my braking that is causing the problem). I finally found some aftermarket rotors (girodisc's slotted) and after about a month they are also warped... No one can see to figure it out. I'm not racing or hard breaking.. Is it possible my calipers are not pushing the pads to the rotors evenly??
any suggestions?

i just had this situation with my other car
one side was really hot and the rotor was warped and pads gone on the one side
mine ended up being the caliper pistons not retracting properly.
make sure your pistons on the calipers are ok.
