Nope, doesn't fit. Only 1 sway bar available for the Ralliart in North America and it's made by Progress. It's usually not listed specifically for Ralliarts, since it fits all 02-06 Lancers (excl Evo)

Otter is correct about sway bars made in NA.
I ordered a Whiteline (Australian) rear sway bar p/n BMR79Z from Touge Tuning in Toronto for my '06 Ralliart. (look up his webstore, email Chris, tell him what you want.). It took less than 10 days to get it in my hands. It is 18 mm diameter (slightly smaller than the Progress) and adjustable. Comes with bushings, clamps, grease. Personally I find it just right, eliminates understeer but not to the point of dangerous oversteer.
