time for new suspension?

my car makes a squeaking noise if id turn my wheels to the left, not so much when i turn right (doesnt make the noise if driving though). got it checked out and they said when they lifted it up, the noise disappears, and only does it when it makes contact with the road. they said its hard to tell whats making the noise but they said it could be the front shock mounts on my left suspension is loose? or the struts:\ i got my car lowered with s techs last yr. so maybe it has something to do with it. they quoted me $1100 to get it fixed, i thought thats a bit too high if theyll only gonna be putting oem parts. should i go to the alternative instead and maybe get coilovers?

Check your lower ball joints. Have someone turn the wheel while you listen find which side it's coming from go to that side check to see if the rubber boot on the ball joint is intact if it's torn spray some wd40 inside if the noise goes away than you need a ball joint. If the sound is coming from the top of the shocks than you might need new shock mounts.. If you plan to track the car get coilovers if not your fine.

Front sway bar bushings are dry? Try spraying them with silicon lube, see if the squeek goes away.

Got it fixed...turns out it was a piece of metal? They said that triangle part on the driver side window, something underneath the triangle part was making contact to the cars body when im turning left :/ soo yeah..not the suspension at all lol.

Edit:"mirror fascia moulding is rubbing on the body. Shim fascia moulding to eliminate squeek" was on my bill description
