Evo X Projector replicas

Tired of your stock halogens? Dont want to pay 2 grand or more for oem projectors from the dealer?

I have the solution.

Get the exact oem look at a fraction of the cost.
Currently almost done molding all the parts needed for the swap.
The process involves using your stock halogen housings and replacing the inside guts.

The piece which holds the projector has been modified for the tl projector due to its bi xenon and superior output and cutoff.

If you send me your halogen headlights and I can install the parts for you, and wire them for plug and play installation. Or you can purchase the kit and diy.

I unfortunately dont have pricing yet since I need to get a rough idea for the production batch as well as locking in a price for the chrome plating.

I've added a few quick pics of a few of the larger parts before they we sent out for tooling.

If you have any questions feel free, I hope to update this in the next few weeks with firm pricing structure and final details.
Thank you.

I'm interested but can't send away my lights. If u buy the kit and diy, do you have a How-to guide? Also, I would assume that the kit comes with everything u need, don't need to get anything else except for maybe HID bulbs.

Right now said kit above is just for inner oem guts replicas. in a few weeks time once parts are complete and ready i'll post final details and kit options. things will depend on if you need tl projectors or not, if you want to use oem ballasts ect..

I'm going to set it up so there are different kit levels so you start off with basic only having getting the guts moving up level by level to finally advanced kit with tl projectors, ballasts, bulbs, everything.

My thinking is If people can source parts locally any at possibly at a better price, I'm not going to make them buy that same piece from me.

Keep an eye here for updates.

thank you.

I'm not doing it, a company is.. find a mold making company in your area.. most charge about $5000 for just a start up prototype.
The chrome plating is a special 5 step process just like the oem.

coming soon... still trying to source a inexpensive plastic to make the replicas with... most material is good for minimal heat but once you hit 300 degrees the part fails... oblivious an issue for those who need to bake their headlights back together upon reassembly lol.. We've tested some great material which hasn't failed yet up to 500 degrees but its stupid expensive and would make the replicas near the cost of oem so not worth it..
