Put the aperture around 5.6 or larger (which is actually lower like 5.6 and under would be consider larger aperture) and adjust your shutter speed accordingly....practice and you'll eventually be able to have a blur on everything in the back ground except what you're focusing on. Or you can always do some photoshop magic and just put a blur on one layer and then just erase the car so it is not blurred (the focus layer will be underneath and will show when you erase). Just practice, you'll get it
