Our Evo X FMIC fits with some modification...but.....you would need to run either the alluminum section of the stock EVO X LICP or an aftermarket LICP for an Evo X. The Ralliart pipe is made of plastic, has quite a few crushed areas and does not meet the intercooler in the same place as the Evo X. I would recommend replacing it while doing a FMIC anyway. Some people will probably just address this issue by unbolting the pipe brackets and forcing it to go into the coupler anyway. I do not want to do this as I think everything you buy as a consumer should fit as perfectly as OEM.

If we made a FMIC that meets up with the stock Ralliart LICP, it would delay the release, cost more due to lower production, and would require a long coupler to work and may not fit very well with any LICP already made for the Evo X. You would then be buying two parts with lower production and less availability for your car.

The UICP on the Ralliart is smaller in diameter than the Evo X. It is barely over 2", even at the FMIC inlet. This would work with a FMIC, but would require a 2"-2.5" transistion coupler.

In a nutshell, the entire intake and IC system on the Ralliart leaves much to be desired. Would you rather see the products interchange with the Evo X for more choices, or direct fitment for the less desirable Ralliart charge pipes?
I'd vote for "products interchange with the Evo X for more choices"

same here. Does any cutting or drilling need to be done to fit the Evo x fmic?

In response to Eric's post. I also agree that interchangable "X" parts, and possibly including the entire intake assembly to make it work and fit properly would be a better route, as an entire kit. If your adding a larger front mount intercooler your going to be looking for either more power or more predictable power due to less heatsoak. So the intake assembly should be addressed either way. Fix as many corks at once as you can!

Interchange for sure! how about a FMIC 'kit' or package for the RA. Yes I know it will cost more which I would be willing, but it's the proper way I think.
If I'm doing an upgrade like that, I want it to be nothing short of Stellar!

Intake? We can hardly see it. More pics of the intake please. Is it the same as the Evo intake? I like the pipes in black, very stealth, especially if you put the company logo where the coppers can't see it. We need total stealth here in SoCal so please consider where you put the company logo for those of us that require complete stealth mode.

I'll talk to the production guys about making an stealth logo delete option.

The intake shield bolts on and we will most likely use the same intake pipe as an Evo. But we will have to have a custom silicone elbow made for the turbo inlet. Its 2.25" and doesnt have a bolt on elbow like the Evo turbo does. I still have to design a small battery kit so that the intake will fit into the car too. Monday I will be working on that and the exhaust. I will also try some wheels on the car since we have alot laying around from different road racing applications.
