Ralliarts dont need that big bang in the back..its already heavy as it is.your trying to lose weight not gain!! imo i wuold have just bought an factory forestgate system from a Evo/Lancer owner. its prob one of the best stock system i've heard in any car to date.

^ yeah if your not an audiophile. I don't have it but i heard it, it's respectable but some of us just desire more. My system (waiting to be installed) puts out about 400watts RMS just to the speakers themselves.

As long as the alternator is able to properly supply the car with power, it doesn't matter how big or small the battery is. When the car is running, there should be no power draw from the battery. I ran a mini-battery in my car for a couple years and I have a 1000w system. The only thing that gave me an issue, and ultimately ended up killing the battery, was trying to start the car in subzero weather. Mini-batteries just don't have the ability to handle really low temperatures.

honestly i would just relocate the battery to the trunk rather than getting a mini battery.
but that doesnt seem the case since your subs take hella room in your trunk. lol
idk. it's up to you bro, maybe you should take Otter's view on this.

I'm in fl so I don't have to worrie about sub zero temps lol, well if it worked with a 1000 watt system I should be a okay then.
