Yeah but you need to take off a decent amount of weight, ie. several hundred.

I agree about most weight savings mods, especially those that highly modify driveability/versatility. Any weight savings that I do is usually to offset additions I've made (e.g. - the sub), and to counter my fat ***!

Another drawback is that the battery kit for the RA is $30.00 more than the battery kit for the Evo X. Same size, same power rating, same accessories?!?!?

RA battery kit $179.95

Evo X battery kit $149.95

What harness? The battery cables are already there in the trunk on the EVO X and cables for the RA are already in the engine bay. Since both ktis contain the same battery and parts, why not just buy the cheaper EVO X Battery Kit.

100 lbs is good for a tenth in the 1/4 mile. Or 1 mph more trap speed.
Which is 10whp equivalent.

Well idk i assume since it's a smaller battery it needed to be secured differently in the engine bay

we are in low level talks to test some AMS products. But AMS has to be one of my favorite shops. They have the heart of any of the big guys. But continues to work outside the box and drive innovation.

Few companies are in this category!!!

AMS keep it up!!!!!

I swear AMS is kinda taking advantage of the RA crowd due to limited parts availability.

Or the RA kit needs something like a bracket that the Evo kit doesn't.

I dont know. I appreciate them being one of the few companies that give enough of a crap to make parts for our cars.
