I might just go with a Talon or Nissan 240

Do you even know what you want to actually do with the car? Track? Drag? AutoX?

If you can do that I think the car and choice should come easy with thought.


First car by chance?

i'm not going to start commenting on this thread because i'll end up getting banned for speaking the truth about this idea and the thread starter...

so i'll just say what everyone else is saying, you should have just bought an EVO in the first place.

Each of those require a different set up than the other. An all out drag car would suck on an auto-X and same with a track car out at the drag strip. I would decide really what you want out of the car and go from there. If you want a track beast, buy the upgraded clutch and cooler kit that is out so you can handle the power. If you want to drag then you might think about a GSR.

You see where I am coming from? You need to put more thought into this other than the fact that you just want a fast car lol.

Impossible if you want to be competitive in all three. Autocross requires very careful modding to stay in the right class, drag requires a dedication to straight-line speed and track requires a bit of both.
